Second, we should include physical activities in our routine. It is better to have at least a 30-minute exercise everyday. Third, maintain a healthy body weight by planning meals and decreasing the fat and calorie content of our diet. Fourth, you should quit smoking. If you find it hard, try to consult your doctor for ways to quit smoking. Fifth, always ask permission from the doctor if you will take aspirin. Aspirin has an
anticoagulant property that hinders blood clotting. Lastly, ask for prompt treatment for transient ischemic attacks (TIAs). This is very important to prevent or delay a future stroke.
