I know that being healthy means
eating healthy, having regular exercise, and staying away from vices. But, there's more to being healthy than just these three physical factors. The best way to stay healthy inside and out is to have that inner glow and inner peace. The first thing that you should do is to fix your internal health first. So that, when you're emotionally motivated to be fit, you won't have any problems persuading yourself to do so.
I did this myself and it actually made everything easier. I improved my well-being and everything else followed. I once was very grumpy and moody. It affected the people around me and I never took notice until I began to feel badabout myself. When I started to respect other people, I felt refreshed and renewed. I also grumbled about
work everyday. Having that negative vibe never helped me.
So, I learned how to
manage daily stress. Once I looked at the bright side of stress, I felt lighter and cheerful towards work. I also made it a point to improve my spiritual and mental well-being. It's not always on the emotional aspect of it. Changes should also be made in all other aspects of our lives. Once you improve on all of them, you'll feel like a brand-new person, believe me, I'm one to know.
