
I have been eating white rice for as long as I can remember. I know that it's a staple food and everyone should have at least a regular dose of it. cancer disease, and constipation. Also, whole grain foods are good for those who want to lose weight. Whole grain does not contain too much fattening products. Although, whole grain is not too popular for the kids, you should start promoting a healthier eating habit by including whole grain food in your daily food intake. It would surely help flush out toxins from your body. You might be thinking that it tastes dull and sappy. Actually, it tastes much better than fast food. Whole grain has a distinct and rich taste that you won't find elsewhere. So, go for the whole grain and
